At Feinberg Projects, we are committed to making your experience of collecting as seamless and pleasurable as possible. Every return request is processed case-by-case. In the event that you are not satisfied with the work you purchased from us, we will do our best to see to it that everything is handled according to your enquiry’s specific circumstances. We ask that you read the following guidelines for submitting a request.
All refund or exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of marked delivery of the work.
For all return and exchange inquiries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating “Return Request” in the subject line together with your order number. In the body of the email, please provide a description of the reason of your request or inquiry.
Returns due to damaged print
We package our prints with extra care and support and our deliveries are handled exclusively. If, however you find that a work of art is delivered to you in a damaged state, please notify us at your earliest convenience. Please note that we will require photographic documentation of such damages before we are able to process your request. Once we have received the required documentation, we will send you a replacement print.
Returns due to printing flaw
All of our prints are subject to inspection before being dispatched for delivery. However, in the event that you find a printing flaw on your print, we ask that you notify us immediately. Again, we will require photographic documentation via email of such flaws and after we have given our confirmation, we ask that you destroy the print and provide us with photographic evidence of this as well. After this, we will be able to send you a replacement print.
